1970-1980 :

Added to 11kv CTs PTs, Transformers Choke Starters voltage Stabilizers.

1985 :

Formation of Vishal Transformers Switchgear (P)Ltd.

1992 :

Switching Over to New Plant Rithani, Delhi Road Meerut.

1995-1996 :

Major Sellers of CMU’s to PSEB Market, Market Captured almost 95%.

1998-1999 :

Participated in 1st world Bank tender in AP resulting in rise of annual production of CMUs from 400 Nos to 1600 Nos. First Export order from Bangladesh. Participated in 1st International Exhibition In Bangladesh.

2000 :

Successful completion of World Bank Tender.

2002 :

VTS become 2nd company to get RDSO/CORE approval for CTs & PTs.Commencement of VTS-2 fabrication unit with capacity of 20 Tones.

2003-2004:

Approved with PGCIL upto 33kv. Got 1st 132 kv CTs & PTs type tested upto 40 KA for 3 secs Commencement of VTS-3 unit ERC CTs PTs upto of 33kv.

2006-2007:

Got the entire range of RDSO-MRVC products Type tested & approved.MRVC only body to be involved in the conversion of Mumbai Local; Trains from DC-AC conversion.

2008:

Signing of MOU(JV) between VEP(A flagship company of VTS) & JSJK of China, to market and manufacture SF-6 gas based CTs & PTs in India upto 550kv.

2008-2009:

Got 1st CT of 245 kv type Tested at CPRI, Bangalore AT 40 ka for 3 Secs.

2010 :

1st supply of 245 kv CTs to PTCUL,Dehradun. Approved with PGCIL upto 33kv.In 2008,signing of MOU(JV) between VEPC (A flagship companyof VTS) & JSJK of China to market and manufacture SF6 gas based CTs & PTs in India upto 550 kv taken, but now also GIS/HGIS upto 245 KV for India and exports.

2012 :

Completed acquisition of the company Precise Electricals one of the leading manufacturer of LV instrument transformers established in 1970 located in Thane- Maharashtra.

2014 :

Completed acquisition of the company Hivoltrans Electricals Pvt Ltd, a reputed manufacturer of Electrical equipment’s,
Instrument transformers in HV & EHV voltage ranges upto 400kv in Halol -Gujarat.

2016 :

Laid the foundation for MV Division of Precise Electricals in Vadodara – Gujarat, having installed capacity of 3000 nos. per month.

2018 :

Awarded contract of supply of 245kv/132kv/66kv CT/VT for Western Dedicated Freight Corridor India ltd.(WDFCIL) through L&T.

2020 :

Successful type testing of 66kv VT for internal ARC test.
